"This captures Dijon's pinot perfume, with fragrant plum, raspberry, and fragrant cherry blossoms floating atop a wild plum, boysenberry, and sarsaparilla base. The cedar wood spicing is present, striding and structuring the wine, as are long, lightly grippy / sticky tannins to a slight warming flush finish. Drinking well now, in youth, but this friendly wine can spend a couple of years in your cellar easily." - Tasted May 1, 2021
